Facts 1. PT MPX Logistics International Tbk menandatangani
kontrak Kerjasama Jasa Pengangkutan FABA dengan PT.
Energi Prima Nusantara. Dalam kontrak kerjasama
tersebut MPXL berperan sebagai PIHAK KEDUA atau
Penyedia Jasa Pengangkutan FABA.
FABA tersebut dimuat dari PT Indonesia Power PLTU
Banten 1 Suralaya, dan akan di kirimkan ke PT Solusi
Bangun Indonesia Tbk Plant (Narogong).
Kontrak kerjasama ini akan berlaku sampai proyek yang
berjalan selesai, dengan estimasi volume sebanyak
15.000Ton.

2. PT MPX Logistics International Tbk juga
menandatangani kontrak Kerjasama Jasa Pengangkutan
Limbah FABA dengan PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk.
Dalam kontrak kerjasama tersebut MPXL berperan
sebagai Penyedia Jasa Pengangkutan FABA, FABA
tersebut di muat dari PLTU Tanjung Jati Jepara dan di
kirimkan ke PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Plant
(Tuban).
Kontrak kerjasama ini akan berlaku sampai proyek yang
berjalan selesai.
In this Material Information or Facts, the Company
reported 2 information, as follows:
1. PT MPX Logistics International Tbk has signed FABA
Transportation Services Cooperation contract with PT.
Prima Nusantara Energy. In this cooperation contract,
MPXL acts as a SECOND PARTY or Transporter of
FABA.
The FABA is loaded from PT Indonesia Power PLTU
Banten 1 Suralaya and will be sent to PT Solusi Bangun
Indonesia Tbk Plant (Narogong).
This cooperation contract will be valid until the ongoing
project is completed, with an estimated volume of 15,000
tons.
2. PT MPX Logistics International Tbk also signed a
FABA Ttransportation Services Cooperation contract
with PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. In this cooperation
contract, MPXL acts as the FABA Transportation Service
Provider, the FABA is loaded from PLTU Tanjung Jati
Jepara and sent to PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Plant
(Tuban).
This cooperation contract will be valid until the ongoing
project is completed.
