PT Baraka Alam Sari berupa 1 unit kapal yang bernama
Semar 81. 2. Nilai pelepasan atas 1 (satu) unit Kapal Tug
Boat Semar 81 adalah sebesar USD 3,300,000.00 (tiga juta
tiga ratus ribu Dollar Amerika Serikat). Pembeli dari Kapal
tersebut adalah PT Garuda Nusantara Pacific, sebuah
perusahaan yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum negara
Indonesia dan berdomisili di Medan, bukan merupakan afiliasi
dari Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak langsung terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum, kondisi Keuangan, ataupun kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan. Penjualan Kapal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

Facts unit, PT Baraka Alam Sari of 1 unit of vessel named Semar 81.
The release price of 1 (one) unit of Tug Boat Semar 81 is USD
3,300,000.00 (three million three hundred thousand United
States dollars). The buyer of the Vessel is PT Garuda
Nusantara Pacific, a company incorporated under the laws of
Indonesia and domiciled in Medan, which is not affiliated of the
Company.
Impact of event, material information or There is no direct impact on the operational activities, legal,
facts towards Issuers or Public financial, or business continuity of the company. The sale of
Company’s operational activities, legal, the vessel was conducted as part of the company's effort to
financial condition, or going concern improve operational efficiency.
