Perseroan oleh PT Geo Energy Investama (GEO)
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan menerima pemberitahuan tertulis dari GEO pada
tanggal 20 Oktober 2023 yang menyatakan bahwa proses
settlement (penyelesaian) pembelian saham Perseroan
sejumlah 1.847.530.696 lembar saham Perseroan atau sekitar
58,65% dari seluruh saham yang diterbitkan dan disetor penuh
pada Perseroan dari PT Mutiara Timur Pratama (Transaksi)
telah selesai pada tanggal 20 Oktober 2023.
Setelah penyelesaian transaksi ini, GEO kini menjadi
pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan. GEO juga telah
mengumumkan Transaksi ini dalam surat kabar nasional pada
tanggal 20 Oktober 2023, seperti yang terlampir.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi dan fakta material tersebut tidak akan berdampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

The completion of the transaction of acquisition of the

Description of Material Information or The Company received written notification from GEO on
Facts October 20, 2023, stating that the settlement process for the
purchase of 1,847,530,696 shares of the Company or
approximately 58.65% of all issued and fully paid shares of the
Company from PT Mutiara Timur Pratama (Transaction) has
been completed on October 20, 2023.
Following the completion of this transaction, GEO is now the
controlling shareholder of the Company. GEO has also
announced this Transaction in a national newspaper on
October 20, 2023, as attached.
