4 Purchase or Sale Price per The transaction price is Rp. 2/- to Rp. 67/- per
Shares/Harga Pembelian share. The shares are based on the exercise
atau Penjualan Per Saham prices stated in each share options agreement
with participants as mentioned in the GoTo’s
IPO Prospectus.
Harga transaksi adalah Rp. 2,- sampai Rp. 67,-
per saham. Harga tersebut merupakan harga
pelaksanaan yang diatur dalam setiap perjanjian
opsi saham dengan peserta sebagaimana telah
disebutkan dalam Prospektus IPO GoTo.
4 Transaction Date/Tanggal Transactions carried out through the
Transaksi negotiated market on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange from 6 October 2023 to 19 October
2023.
Transaksi dilaksanakan melalui pasar negosiasi
di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tanggal 6 Oktober
2023 sampai dengan 19 Oktober 2023.
5 Purpose of Share transfer to participants of Employees
Transaction/Tujuan dari and Consultants Shares Ownership Program of
transaksi PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk as mentioned
in the GoTo’s IPO Prospectus.
