JTS merupakan perusahaan afiliasi dengan sifat hubungan pemegang saham yang sama dengan Perseroan dan berkedudukan di Sidoarjo 1,890 sguare meters located at Jalan Mayjen Sungkono, number 90, Prambangan, Kebomas, Gresik, with @ rental value of $ 8,918.72 per year eguivalent to Rp. 138,472,000 and excluding taxes (the lease period is from 24 October, 2023 to June 23, 2024). The transactions described in this Disclosure of Information is an Affiliated Transactions that the Company is only reguired to report to the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) as defined in OJK Regulation on Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions (POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020), specially under article 6 point 1 sub-point c. Where the Affiliate relationship is as follows: a. PT. IBPM is a subsidiary which is 96.5096 owned by the Company. b. PT.
