Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material a. Pihak-pihak yang melakukan kontrak:
- PT. Hikmah Sarana Bahari (HSB), pemilik LNG
Carrier Ekaputra-1, sebagai anak perusahaan dari GTSI.
Dengan
- PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia, yang merupakan
sub holding pada PLN Group.
b. Sifat hubungan para pihak yang melakukan kontrak:
PT. Hikmah Sarana Bahari dan GTSI tidak memiliki hubungan
afiliasi PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia.
c. Jenis kontrak:
Kontrak berjangka waktu (Time Charter) untuk pengangkutan
LNG dari Pelabuhan Bontang dan Tangguh ke beberapa
Pelabuhan Bongkar LNG di Indonesia.
d. Nilai Kontrak:
Setara dengan USD 4.1 juta
e. Jangka waktu:
12 Oktober 2023 s.d. 31 Desember 2023 dengan opsi
perpanjangan pada tahun 2024.
f. Alasan perolehan atau kehilangan kontrak:
Kebutuhan PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia untuk
menyediakan kapal pengangkut LNG dari Pelabuhan LNG
Bontang dan Tangguh dan mengirimkan ke beberapa Terminal
Bongkar LNG di Indonesia.
Pada sisi GTSI, LNG Carrier Ekaputra-1 telah selesai
melaksanakan docking rutin sejak tanggal 6 Oktober 2023 dan
siap untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan pengangkutan ini selama
durasi kontrak.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Bertambahnya pendapatan dan memperkuat kondisi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Keuangan PT GTS Internasional Tbk
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Facts
- PT. Hikmah Sarana Bahari (HSB), the owner of LNG
Carrier Ekaputra-1, as the subsidiary of GTSI.
With
- PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia, that is a subholding
in PLN Group
b. Relationship between the parties in the contract:
PT. Hikmah Sarana Bahari and GTSI does not have any
affiliation with PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia.
c. Type of contract:
Time Charter for LNG shipping from Bontang and Tangguh
LNG Terminal to several LNG Discharging Ports in Indonesia.
d. Contract Value:
Equivalent to USD 4.1 million
e. Duration:
12 October 2023 until 31 December 2023 with extension for
2024 period.
f. Reason for acquiring or losing contract:
PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia's necessity to provide LNG
Carrier Vessel from Bontang and from Tangguh LNG Terminal
to several LNG Discharging Terminal in Indonesia .
In GTSI's side, LNG Carrier Ekaputra-1 had completed its
scheduled-docking by 6 October 2023 and is ready to
undertake the transporting job for the duration of the contract.
