Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 tangga! 29 Januari 2021 Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (II!.1.1.4) menyatakan bahwa Apabila terdapat perubahan lebih dari 209 (dua puluh perseratus) pada pos Jumlah Aset dan/atau Jumlah Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan Interim atau Laporan Keuangan Auditan tahunan periode tahun buku berjalan dibandingkan Laporan Keuangan Auditan tahunan terakhir, maka bersamaan dengan penyampaian laporan keuangan Perusahaan Tercatat wajib memberikan penjelasan tentang penyebab perubahan berikut pendapat manajemen tentang dampak perubahan tersebut terhadap kinerja keuangan kerusahaan Tercatat pada tahun berjalan. Sesuai dengan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian PT. GTS Internasional Tbk. (“Perseroan”) dan Entitas Anaknya tanggal 30 September 2023, kami sampaikan bahwa terdapat perubahan melebihi 20x pada Pos Jumlah Aset dan dan Jumlah Liabilitas dibandingkan Laporan Keuangan Perseroan dan Entitas Anaknya pada Laporan Keuangan per 31 Desember 2022. Penjelasan atas adanya perubahan Jumlah Aset dan Jumlah Liabilitas sebesar lebih dari 20, pada Laporan Keuangan per 30 September 2023, sebagai berikut: Jakarta, October 17, 2023 To. Decision of the Board of Directors of PT. Indonesia — Stock — Exchange — Number. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 dated January 29, 2021 Rule Number IE concerning Obligations to Submit Information (IIl.1.1.4) states that if there is a change of more than 20X (twenty percent) in the Total Assets and/or Total Liabilities post In the Interim Financial Statement or Annual Audited Financial Statement for the current financial year period compared to the last annual Audited Financial Statement, together with the submission of the financial statements of the Listed Company, it is obligatory to provide an explanation of the causes of the change along with management's opinion regarding the impact of these changes on the financial performance of the Listed Company in the current year. In accordance with the Consolidated Financial Statements of PT GTS International Tbk (the “Company') and its Subsidiaries as of September 30, 2023, we would like to inform you that there is a change of more than 20X in the Total Assets and Total Liabilities Item compared to the Financial Statements of the Company and its Subsidiaries in the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022. Jumlah Aset Jumlah Aset per 30 September 2023 sebesar USD. 103.611.870 turun sebesar USD 20.190.142 atau 16,31 & dari Jumlah Aset per 31 Desember 2022. Hal ini disebabkan adanya Pelepasan entitas anak yaitu PT. Sulawesi Regas Satu. 2. Jumlah Liabilitas Jumlah Liabilitas per 30 September 2023 sebesar USD. 42.705.075 turun sebesar USD. 24.134.727 atau 36,11 & dari Jumlah Liabilitas per 31 Desember 2022. Hal ini disebabkan adanya pelepasan entitas anak PT. Sulawesi Regas Satu. Pendapat Manajemen tentang dampak perubahan tersebut adalah: 1. Dengan pelepasan PT Sulawesi Regas Satu berdampak terjadinya penurunan Jumlah Aset. 2. Hal tersebut sekaligus berdampak atas penurunan Jumlah Liabilitas. Meskipun demikian, penurunan Jumlah Liabilitas masih dinyatakan normal. Dalam hal terdapat perbedaan penafsiran informasi yang diumumkan dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, maka informasi yang digunakan sebagai acuan adalah informasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Total Assets Total Assets as of September 30, 2023 is USD. 103,611,870 decreased by USD 20,190,142 or 16,318 of Total Assets as of December 31, 2022. This was due to divestment of subsidiary PT Sulawesi Regas Satu. 2. Total Liabilities Total Liabilities as of September 30, 2023 amounted to USD. 42,705,075 decreased by USD. 24,134,727 or 36.112 of Total Liabilities as of December 31, 2022. This was due to divestment of subsidiary PT. Sulawesi Regas Satu. Management's opinion regarding the impact of the change is: 1. With the divestment of PT. Sulawesi Regas Satu resulted in a decrease in Total Assets. 2. This also has an impact on the decrease in Total Liabilities. However, the addition of Total Liabilities is still considered normal. Should there be any difference in interpretation of the published information, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall be used as the sole reference of such interpretation.
