Bahwa Tolaram telah membeli sejumlah 3.565.100 saham pada

demikian kepemilikan saham Tolaram setelah transaksi menjadi
sebanyak 13.056.194.968 saham, mewakili 71,03% dari seluruh
saham yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh Bank Amar.
Tolaram purchased 3,565,100 shares on 11 October 2023,
3,449,000 shares on 12 October 2023, and 7,359,200 shares on
13 October 2023. Thus, Tolaram share ownership after the
transaction became 13,056,194,968 shares, representing
71.03% of all issued and fully paid shares of Bank Amar.
