Penyampaian Informasi, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan
bahwa:
1. Perseroan akan melakukan audit atas Laporan
Keuangan PT Darma Henwa Tbk yang berakhir pada tanggal
30 September 2023. Audit laporan keuangan Perseroan
bertujuan untuk persiapan Laporan Keuangan Auditan yang
berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 dan tujuan lainnya.
2. Sesuai ketentuan maka Laporan Keuangan tersebut
akan kami sampaikan selambat-lambatnya tanggal 31
Desember 2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sesuai ketentuan maka Laporan Keuangan tersebut akan

Facts Number 14/POJK.04/2022 regarding the Submission of
Periodic Financial Reports by Issuers or Public Companies
and Regulation No. I-E Attachment to the Decision Letter of
the Director of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number Kep-
00015/BEI/01-2021 concerning the Obligation to Provide
Information, we hereby convey the following:
1. The Company will conduct an audit of the Financial
Statements of PT Darma Henwa Tbk for the period ending on
September 30, 2023. The purpose of the Company's financial
statement audit is to prepare the Audited Financial Statements
for the year ending on December 31, 2023, and for other
purposes.
2. In accordance with the provisions, we will submit the
Financial Statements no later than December 31, 2023.
