ANNOUNCEMENT OF
EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS
In accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the Board of
Directors would like to advise all Shareholders of the Company that an Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter referred to as the “Meeting”) will be held on Monday,
November 27, 2023.
The invitation to the Meeting will be announced on Friday, November 3, 2023, on the website of the
Indonesia Stock Exchange, the website of the Indonesia Central Securities Depository (eASY.KSEI
application), and the Company's website (www.kabelindo.co.id).
The Shareholders of the Company with the right to attend or be represented at the Meeting, for
both Company shares that are not under Collective Custody and Company shares that are under
Collective Custody, are shareholders or their representatives, as well as account holders or their
representatives, whose names are listed in the Company Shareholder List, as of the closing of
Indonesia Stock Exchange trading hours on Thursday, November 2, 2023.
Proposals for the Meeting's agenda may be submitted in writing by one or more shareholders
representing 1/20 (one twentieth) or more of the total number of shares with valid voting rights.
Any proposals submitted by such shareholders will be included in the Meeting's agenda if they meet
the requirements set forth in Article 21 paragraph 8 of the Company's Articles of Association, and
such proposals must be received by the Board of Directors no later than 7 (seven) days before the
date of the Meeting invitation.
