melalui Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd.
("GPC"), Entitas Anak yang dimiliki
sepenuhnya oleh Perseroan, meluncurkan
rencananya untuk melaksanakan penawaran
tender (tender offer) (“Tender Offer") untuk
melakukan pembelian kembali atas sebagian
dam/atau seluruh obligasi senior (senior notes)
berdenominasi Dollar Amerika Serikat (U.S
Dollar) sebesar US$300.000.060 dengan bunga.
5,95W yang jatuh tempo pada tahun 2025
(“Surat Utang 2025”), yang telah diterbitkan
GPC serta dijamin oleh Perseroan dan beberapa
Entitas Anak Perseroan.
Tender Offer dilaksanakan dalam rangka
sebagai bagian dari tanggung jawab
manajemen yang tercermin dalam neraca
keuangan GPC. GPC berencana untuk
meneruskan pengaturan neraca keuangan

through Global Prime Capital Pte.
Lid. ("GPC"), a wholly owned
subsidiary of the Company, launched
the tender offer (“Tender Offer”) to

outstanding senior notes amounting
to US8300.000.000, with 5,956
