3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Perseroan menerima pemberitahuan tertulis dari
Material / Description of Information or pihak GEO yang menginformasikan bahwa pada
Material Facts tanggal 18 Oktober 2023 telah dilakukan
penandatanganan Akta Jual Beli Saham yang dibuat
dihadapan Notaris Antoni Halim ("Akta Jual Beli
Saham"). Akta tersebut terkait dengan transaksi
pembelian saham Perseroan oleh GEO sebanyak
1.847.530.696 saham, atau setara 58,65% dari
seluruh saham yang telah diterbitkan dan disetor
penuh pada PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk
("Transaksi") dari PT Mutiara Timur Pratama.
Transaksi ini akan diselesaikan T+2 setelah tanggal
penandatangan Akta Jual Beli Saham tersebut.
The Company received a written notification from
GEO stating that on October 18, 2023, a Deed of
Sale and Purchase of Shares was signed before
Notary Antoni Halim ("Deed of Sale and Purchase
of Shares"). The deed pertains to the purchase of the
Company’s shares by GEO totaling 1,847,530,696
shares, or equivalent to 58.65% of all issued and
fully paid shares in PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk
("Transaction") from PT Mutiara Timur Pratama.
This Transaction will be completed T+2 after the
signing date of the Deed of Sale and Purchase of
Shares.
