Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 17 Maret 2026, PTS telah melakukan
pengumuman terkait rencana pengambilalihan PTS oleh
Steffen sebanyak 10.000 (sepuluh ribu) saham biasa dan
Hevy Yafanny sebanyak 10.000 (sepuluh ribu) saham biasa.
Saham-saham tersebut akan diambilalih dari Perseroan yang
saat ini memiliki 99,995% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma
sembilan sembilan lima persen) dan Adi Putera Widjaja yang
memiliki 0,005% (nol koma nol nol lima persen) kepemilikan di
PTS ("Rencana Divestasi PTS").
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berdasarkan pertimbangan manajemen Perseroan, Rencana
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Divestasi PTS tersebut tidak memberikan dampak negatif yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan bagi kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Perusahaan Publik
Sehubungan dengan Rencana Divestasi PTS, Perseroan akan
senantiasa memperhatikan ketentuan perundang-undangan
yang berlaku, termasuk memperhatikan Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan No.17/POJK/04/2020 tentang Transaksi
Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha.

Divestment Plan of the Company's Subsidiary Entity, namely
Type of Material Information or Facts PT Pigijo Travelindo Sakti ("PTS"), by the Company
Description of Material Information or On March 17, 2026, PTS announced the acquisition plan of
Facts PTS by Steffen for 10,000 (ten thousand) common shares and
Hevy Yafanny for 10,000 (ten thousand) common shares.
These shares will be acquired from the Company, which
currently owns 99.995% (ninety-nine point nine nine five
percent) and Adi Putera Widjaja, who owns 0.005% (zero point
zero zero five percent) of PTS ("PTS Divestment Plan").
Impact of event, material information or Based on the Company's management's considerations, the
facts towards Issuers or Public PTS Divestment Plan will not have a significant negative
