Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan meningkatnya gejolak politik yang terjadi
di sejumlah negara dan adanya penutupan Selat Hormuz
berpotensi menurunkan pasokan minyak mentah (crude oil)
dan gas dari kawasan Timur Tengah. Hal ini berdampak
langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap ketersediaan
produk-produk kimia yang diimpor dan didistribusikan oleh
Perseroan dari negara Asia dan Eropa.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Akibat kondisi tersebut, Perseroan menghadapi beberapa
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak, antara lain:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau 1. Pengurangan pasokan bahan kimia akibat terbatasnya
Perusahaan Publik ketersediaan produk dari produsen yang menggunakan crude
oil dan gas sebagai bahan baku.
2. Kenaikan harga pembelian barang seiring meningkatnya
tekanan permintaan dan terbatasnya pasokan global.
3. Kenaikan biaya pengiriman (ocean freight) sebagai
konsekuensi meningkatnya biaya logistik.
4. Memperpanjang waktu pengiriman (shipment lead time) dari
negara asal ke Indonesia, yang mempengaruhi rantai pasokan
Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or In connection with the escalating political unrest occurring in
Facts several countries and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, there
is a potential reduction in the supply of crude oil and gas from
the Middle East region. This situation has both direct and
indirect impacts on the availability of chemical products
imported and distributed by the Company from Asian and
European countries.
Impact of event, material information or As a result of these conditions, the Company faces several
facts towards Issuers or Public impacts, including:
Company’s operational activities, legal,
financial condition, or going concern 1. A reduction in the supply of chemical products due to limited
availability from producers that use crude oil and gas as raw
materials.
2. An increase in purchase prices in line with rising demand
pressures and constrained global supply.
3. Higher shipping costs (ocean freight) as a consequence of
increasing logistics expenses.
4. Extended shipment lead times from the countries of origin to
Indonesia, affecting the Company supply chain.
