Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada Keterbukaan Informasi Sehubungan Dengan
Rencana Pembelian Kembali Saham Dalam Kondisi Pasar
Yang Berfluktuasi Secara Signifikan yang diterbitkan pada
tanggal 20 Februari 2026, dengan ini kami menyampaikan
bahwa Perseroan telah melaksanakan Pembelian Kembali
Saham seluruhnya. Total saham yang dibeli kembali adalah
sebanyak 100.000.000 lembar saham, atau sebesar 0,6649%
dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor.
Jumlah dana yang telah digunakan Perseroan untuk
Pembelian Kembali Saham adalah sebesar
Rp76.095.661.475,- atau 76,096% dari perkiraan biaya yang
direncanakan yaitu sebanyak-banyaknya Rp100.000.000.000,-
.
Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham
Perseroan dinyatakan berakhir pada tanggal 17 Maret 2026,
atau lebih cepat dari jadwal pelaksanaan yang sebelumnya
disampaikan, yaitu tanggal 20 Mei 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Referring to the Information Disclosure in relation to the Share
Facts Buyback Plan under Significantly Fluctuating Market
Conditions issued on 20 February 2026, we hereby inform that
the Company has fully completed the implementation of its
Share Buyback. The total number of shares repurchased
amounted to 100,000,000 shares representing 0.6649 percent
of the issued and paid up capital.
The total funds utilized by the Company for the Share Buyback
amounted to IDR 76,095,661,475.- representing 76.096
percent of the planned estimated cost of up to a maximum of
IDR 100,000,000,000,-
Accordingly the implementation of the Companys Share
Buyback is declared to have ended on 17 March 2026 earlier
than the previously disclosed schedule of 20 May 2026.
