berlaku tanggal 1 Oktober 2022 tentang Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 which became
Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang effective on October 1st, 2022. This Decree
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi poin pertains to the Amendment of Regulation
III.3.3.4. mengenai kewajiban penyampaian Number I-E, specifically focusing on
laporan pelaksanaan Public Expose Obligation to Submit Information under
(“Laporan”) paling lambat 3 (tiga) Hari Bursa point III.3.3.4. which outlines the
setelah tanggal pelaksanaan Public Expose, maka requirement to submit the Public Expose
bersama ini kami sampaikan Laporan report (“Report”) no later than 3 (three)
sebagaimana dimaksud. Market Days after the Public Expose.
