Regulation 00101”), we understand that
the Company is reguired maintain free
float shares of at least 7.5/5 of the
Company's shares and the Company's
entire issued share capital should consist
of at least 50 million shares which are
held by at least 300 shareholders who
have single investor identification (“SID”).
Based on the Current Shareholdings as
shown above, the Company has met the
reguirement of 50 million shares but it is
yet to meet the reguirements of: (i) at
least 7.5/5 of the Company's shares
constituting free float shares: and (ii) the
50 million shares being held by at least
300 shareholders who have SID/ who
hold scriptless shares.

Based also on the IDX Regulation 00101,
we understand that the deadline to fulfill
the free float reguirements is two years
after the completion of the MTO, which is
24 November 2024 (“Deadline”).

Oona and the Company (“we”, “us” and
“our”) have been considering and
exploring a number of potential options to
ensure our compliance as soon as
possible prior to the Deadline, including
seeking advice from our external legal
advisors and the Company's share
registrar (PT Raya Saham Registra).

Some of the potential options and
strategies that we have been, and are still
currently, considering are:

(1) converting the scrip shares held by
certain of the current shareholders in
the Company to scripless and
encouraging the current
shareholders of scrip shares to apply
for an SID. This would increase the
number of free float shares in the
Company and it would also enable
the Company to meet the
reguirement of 300 shareholders
with SID:

Further detail on these potential options
and strategies is provided in response to
other gueries below.

b. As explained above, we intend to comply
with the free float reguirements before the
Deadline (i.e., 24 November 2024) — the
reason that we have not yet fulfilled the
free float reguirement is because, given
the Deadline which is still on 24
November 2024, we are still considering
and eexploring the potential options
available. We have not encountered any
specific challenges to fulfill the free float
reguirements. However, we do realise that
the Company is still relatively small in the
universe of listed companies and enjoys
limited investor awareness. Oona and the
Company are working closely with
brokers, investment banks and other
advisors to enhance the profile of the
Company and build up investment
appetite amongst retail investors through
activities such as investor engagement,
company overview presentations and
potential roadshows.

3. IDX's guery

In connection with the low trading liguidity of
the Company's shares, please explain the
steps that the Company will take to increase
the trading liguidity of the Company shares.

In the meantime, the Company has made
continuous efforts to increase its trading
liguidity through, amongst other initiatives, the
following:

a) a public expose which was held by the
Company on 14 June 2023 to raise the
public's awareness of the performance of
the Company for the financial year ended
31 December 2022:

b) the launch of our new brand as "Oona
Insurance" from "Asuransi ABDA" on 20
September 2023, and

c) the launch of an innovative travel delay
insurance product on 20 September 2023
accessible via chatbot and WhatsApp, a
first for the Indonesia market and a global
first use of ChatGPT for insurance sales
which aims to increase the brand
awareness of Oona and the Company
and its drive for digital transformation into
the Indonesian insurance sector.

We are hopeful that such actions, alongside
the potential options and strategies being
explored as explained in response to guery 2
above, will provide positive impacts to the
liguidity of the Company's share transactions
in the market and that the Company can move
back to the main board as soon as possible.

4. IDX's guery

Regarding the obligation to reissue the
Company's shares to the public (refloat) by
Oona within a maximum period of 2 (two)
years from the MTO, please provide the
following explanations. (Explanations should
be submitted through the non-published
form).

a. How is Oona planning to fulfill the refloat
obligation and what is the progress up to
this point?

dan WhatsApp, yang pertama di pasar
Indonesia dan yang pertama di dunia
dalam penggunaan ChatGPT untuk
penjualan asuransi, yang bertujuan untuk
meningkatkan kesadaran merek Oona

dan Perusahaan serta upaya
transformasi digitalnya di sektor asuransi
Indonesia.

Kami berharap bahwa tindakan-tindakan

tersebut, bersama dengan opsi dan strategi
potensial yang sedang dieksplorasi seperti
yang dijelaskan dalam tanggapan terhadap

In response to your guestion at d., as
explained above, we are currently considering
all potential options. Therefore, we have not
yet reached a point where we need to
consider alternative plans. Furthermore, we
have not yet experienced, and do not currently
anticipate, any specific challenges in being
able to meet the refloat reguirement.

updates which would impact the ability to
comply with the free float and/ or trading
