Yang Dikeluarkan Oleh Perusahaan Terbuka, Perseroan
dengan ini menyampaikan rencana pengalihan saham hasil
pembelian kembali sebanyak 315.000.000 lembar saham
dengan cara pengurangan modal ditempatkan dan disetor
Perseroan. Untuk itu Perseroan akan mengusulkan dan
meminta persetujuan dari Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Luar Biasa Perseroan yang akan diselenggarakan bersamaan
dengan penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan untuk tahun buku 2023.

Description of Material Information or In accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation
Facts Number 30/POJK.04/2017 regarding the Buyback of Shares
Issued by Public Listed Company, the Company hereby
informs the proposed transfer of 315,000,000 buyback shares
by way of reduction of the issued and paid-up capital of the
Company. For that purposes, the Company will propose and
obtain the approval from the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company which is planned to be held
simultaneously with the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders for the 2023 financial year.
