Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan telah berakhirnya Pelaksanaan Konversi
Waran Seri I Perseroan pada tanggal 6 Oktober 2023, dengan
ini kami sampaikan laporan hasil Pelaksanaan Konversi
Waran Seri I Perseroan dengan periode pelaksanaan selama
1 (satu) tahun terhitung sejak tanggal 7 Oktober 2022 - 6
Oktober 2023 dengan harga pelaksanaan sebesar Rp188,-
(seratus delapan puluh delapan Rupiah) per waran sebagai
berikut:
a. Jumlah total waran pada awal periode pelaksanaan
sebanyak 771.239.700 (tujuh ratus tujuh puluh satu juta dua
ratus tiga puluh sembilan ribu tujuh ratus) waran;
b. Jumlah waran yang telah dikonversikan sebanyak
19.463.394 (sembilan belas juta empat ratus enam puluh tiga
ribu tiga ratus sembilan puluh empat) waran; dan
c. Jumlah waran yang belum dikonversikan dan habis
masa berlakunya sebanyak 751.776.306 (tujuh ratus lima
puluh satu juta tujuh ratus tujuh puluh enam ribu tiga ratus
enam) waran.
Sehingga untuk jumlah saham Perseroan yang beredar dan
tercatat per tanggal 9 Oktober 2023 adalah sebanyak
11.938.622.394 (sebelas miliar sembilan ratus tiga puluh
delapan juta enam ratus dua puluh dua ribu tiga ratus
sembilan puluh empat) saham.
Penggunaan dana dari hasil Pelaksanaan Konversi Waran
Seri I, akan Perseroan laporkan bersamaan dengan hasil
Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Perdana sesuai
dengan ketentuan POJK No. 30/POJK.04/2015 tentang
laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum.

Report on the Implementation of Series I of Warrant
Type of Material Information or Facts Conversion of PT WIR ASIA Tbk (the Company)
Description of Material Information or Regarding the conclusion of the Company's Series I of
Facts Warrant Conversion on October 6, 2023, we hereby present
the report on the results of the Company's Series I of Warrant
Conversion with an implementation period lasting for 1 (one)
year starting from October 7, 2022 - October 6, 2023 with the
exercise price of IDR 188,- (one hundred and eighty-eight
Rupiah) per warrant as follows:
a. The total number of warrants at the beginning of the
implementation period is 771,239,700 (seven hundred and
seventy-one million two hundred thirty-nine thousand seven
hundred) warrants;
b. The number of warrants that have been converted is
19,463,394 (nineteen million four-hundred sixty-three thousand
three hundred ninety-four) warrants;, and
c. The number of warrants that remain unconverted and
have expired is 751,776,306 (seven hundred fifty-one million
seven hundred seventy-six thousand three hundred six)
warrants.
As the result, the total outstanding and recorded shares of the
Company as of October 9, 2023, amount to 11,938,622,394
(eleven billion nine hundred thirty-eight million six hundred
twenty-two thousand three hundred ninety-four) shares.
The utilization of funds from the Series I Warrant Conversion
will be reported by the Company in conjunction with the results
of the Use of Proceeds from the Initial Public Offering as per
the provisions of POJK No. 30/POJK.04/2015 regarding the
Realization Report of the Use of Proceeds from Public
Offering.
