(“Perseroan”) menyampaikan tanggapan kepada BEI sebagai berikut: Pertanyaan 1: Klarifikasi atas kebenaran berita tersebut. Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik. Informasi atau fakta material Perseroan telah disampaikan kepada publik sesuai dengan Regulasi Pasar Modal yang berlaku. Perseroan juga tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu dari Perseroan sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Dear Sir, In connection with Indonesia Stock Exchange (PT Bursa Efek Indonesia - IDX”) letter no S- 08852/BEI.PP1/10-2023 dated 16 October 2023 regarding Mass Media Reports, PT Archi Indonesia Tbk. (the “Company”) hereby Submit the response to IDX as follows: Guestion 1: Clarification of the validity of the news. The Company does not aware of any material information or facts that could affect the value of the Company's shares or investors" investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies. Any material information and material fact of the Company have been disclosed to the public in compliance with the relevant Capital Market Regulations. Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi atau kejadian penting lainnya yang bersifat material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup Perseroan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Apabila terdapat informasi atau fakta material yang perlu diungkapkan kepada publik, Perseroan akan senantiasa mematuhi kewajiban penyampaian informasi terkait informasi atau fakta material sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan Peraturan I-E.
