Perseroan telah mendirikan anak perusahaan baru dengan
nama PT Politek Grin Packindo (PGP). Pendirian PGP
tersebut telah dituangkan ke dalam Akta Pendirian No. 65
tanggal 13 Oktober 2023 yang dibuat oleh Notaris Desman
S.H., M.Hum., M.M., yang berkedudukan di Jakarta.
Maksud dan tujuan pembentukan anak usaha ialah berusaha
dalam bidang daur ulang plastik bekas.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembentukan anak usaha Perseroan untuk meningkatkan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Keberlanjutan Lingkungan dan meningkatkan pendapatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan.
