tanggal 5 Oktober 2023 (“Keputusan Edaran
Direksi”) (Keputusan Edaran Dewan Komisaris dan
Keputusan Edaran Direksi secara bersama-sama
disebut “Keputusan Edaran”) (“Tanggal
Keputusan Edaran”), dengan ini kami
menyampaikan bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan
Edaran, telah diputuskan dan disetujui keputusan-
keputusan (“Keputusan”), antara lain:

1) Menyetujui pemberhentian dengan hormat
Ignatius Widiatmoko selaku Kepala Audit
Internal Perseroan yang berlaku efektif sejak
Tanggal Keputusan Edaran.
