Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menandatangani Perjanjian Kredit baru
dengan PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dengan informasi
penting sebagai berikut:
1. Tujuan penggunaan dana pinjaman:
Untuk melakukan pembayaran pelunasan fasilitas pinjaman
sindikasi dalam mata uang Dollar Amerika Serikat dan
pinjaman sindikasi dalam mata uang Yen Jepang.
2. Jangka waktu pinjaman 84 bulan.
3. Suku Bunga per tahun 7,75% selama 2 tahun.
Tahun ketiga sampai dengan pelunasan kredit: JIBOR 3
bulan ditambah margin tetap.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Memperkuat kondisi keuangan Perseroan yang berdampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan positif terhadap perkembangan usaha Perseroan.

Facts Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk with important information as
follows:
1. Purpose of using loans fund:
To make repayment of syndicated loan facilities in United
States Dollars and syndicated loans in Japanese Yen.
2. The loan term is 84 months.
3. Interest rate per year 7.75% for 2 years.
Third year until credit repayment: JIBOR 3 months plus fixed
margin.
