Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material - CSAD adalah entitas anak langsung CSAN dengan
kepemilikan 99,9% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan
persen). Dan CSAN merupakan entitas anak langsung
Perseroan dengan kepemilikan sebesar 99%.
- CSAD bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan besar, makanan,
minuman ringan, dan kebutuhan sehari-hari, berkedudukan di
Jakarta Barat, dan berkantor di Jalan Daan Mogot Raya KM.
14, RT 006/RW 001, Kelurahan Cengkareng, Kecamatan
Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
- Modal Dasar CSAD adalah sebesar Rp. 4.000.000.000,-
(empat miliar rupiah), dan Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor
adalah sebesar Rp. 1.000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah), serta
telah diambil bagian oleh CSAN adalah sebesar Rp.
999.000.000,- (sembilan ratus sembilan puluh sembilan juta
rupiah), dan sebesar Rp. 1.000.000,- (satu juta rupiah) diambil
bagian oleh Bpk. Budyanto Totong.
- Tujuan pendirian entitas CSAD adalah untuk
mendistribusikan barang-barang konsumsi termasuk makanan,
minuman, dan barang sehari-hari.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Pendirian CSAD tidak berdampak negatif pada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan keberlangsungan bisnis, operasional, hukum, dan kondisi

Description of Material Information or - CSAD is a direct subsidiary of CSAN with 99.9% (ninety-nine

- CSAD operates in the field of wholesale trade, food, soft
drinks and daily necessities, is domiciled in West Jakarta, and
has an office on Jalan Daan Mogot Raya KM. 14, RT 006/RW
001, Cengkareng District, West Jakarta.
- CSAD's authorized capital is IDR. 4,000,000,000,- (four
billion rupiah), and the Issued and Paid-up Capital is Rp.
1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiah), and CSAN has taken a
share of Rp. 999,000,000,- (nine hundred and ninety-nine
million rupiah), and Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) was
taken by Mr. Budyanto Totong.
- The aim of establishing the CSAD entity is to distribute
consumer goods including food, drinks and daily goods.
