Mr Aswin Wirjadi from his position as Independent
Facts
Commissioner of the Company, through the letter
dated on 10 October 2023.
The said resignation will be conveyed to obtain the
resolution in the General Meeting of Shareholders in
accordance with the prevailing regulations.
