Sebagai bentuk komitmen Perseroan untuk mendekatkan diri kepada para pelanggan Perseroan di wilayah yang lebih luas dan dalam rangka memperluas pasar Perseroan, maka pada tanggal 9 Oktober 2023, berdasarkan Akta Pendirian Kantor Cabang PT Mutuagung Lestari Tbk No.47 tanggal 9 Oktober 2023 yang dibuat di hadapan Notaris Dyan Supryatiningsih, S.H., M.Kn Notaris di Kabupaten Sukabumi, Perseroan telah mendirikan kantor cabang di Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur untuk menjalankan kegiatan usaha laboratorium Pengujian./As a form of Company's commitment to come closer to the Company's customer in a wider area and in order to expand the Company's market, therefore on 9 October 2023, according to the Deed Of Establishment of PT Mutuagung Lestari Tbk' Branch Office dated 9 October 2023 made before Notary Dyan Supryatiningsih, S.H., M.Kn., notary in Sukabumi Regency, the Company has established a branch office in Sidoarjo, East Java to conduct testing laboratory business activity. Lebih lanjut, kegiatan yang akan dilakukan oleh kantor cabang Perseroan di Sidoarjo adalah Laboratorium Pengujian./Furthermore, the activities that will be undertaken by the Company's branch office in Sidoarjo is an testing laboratory. Dengan didirikannya kantor cabang Perseroan di Sidoarjo yang akan melakukan kegiatan jasa pengujian, kantor cabang Perseroan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan pendapatan dan laba dari Perseroan sehingga memberikan kontribusi positif tergadap kinerja keuangan Perseroan dimasa mendatang./By the establishment of the Company's branch office in Sidoarjo which will conduct testing services, the Company's branch office is expected to increase revenue and profit growth of the Company and thus positively contribute to the Company's financial performance in the future.
