Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa lanjutan proses persidangan permohonan PKPU
dengan Nomor Perkara 263/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2023/PNNiaga.Jkt.Pst terhadap Perseroan telah digelar
pada hari Selasa, 10 Oktober 2023 dengan dihadiri oleh pihak
Kuasa Pemohon (Mewakili PT Asri Kemasindo) dan pihak
Kuasa Termohon (Mewakili Perseroan) dengan agenda sidang
penyampaian kekurangan bukti dan bukti tambahan oleh
Termohon.
Dalam sidang tersebut, Termohon telah menyerahkan
kekurangan 2 (dua) bukti yang tertunda pada persidangan
sebelumnya serta menyampaikan 12 (dua belas) bukti tertulis
tambahan kepada Majelis Hakim dan memberikan salinan akta
bukti tambahan kepada pihak Pemohon. Pihak Pemohon akan
mengajukan saksi dalam persidangan selanjutnya.
Kemudian Majelis Hakim menetapkan sidang selanjutnya akan
diadakan pada hari Selasa, 17 Oktober 2023 dengan agenda
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya pengajuan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan permohonan PKPU tersebut, tidak memiliki dampak yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan dari Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The continuation of the trial process for the PKPU application
Facts with Case Number 263/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2023/PNNIaga.Jkt.Pst
against the Company was held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023,
attended by the Petitioner's Attorney (Representing PT Asri
Kemasindo) and the Attorney Respondent (Representing the
Company) with a hearing agenda to submit the lack of
evidence and additional evidence by the Respondent.
During the trial, the Respondent submitted the remaining 2
(two) pieces of evidence that were pending at the previous trial
and 12 (twelve) additional written pieces of evidence to the
Panel of Judges and provided a copy of the deed of other
evidence to the Petitioner. The Petitioner will present
witnesses in the subsequent trial.
Then, the Panel of Judges determined that the upcoming trial
would be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, to examine the
Petitioner's witnesses.
