Previously, the Company had received a copy of the Decree of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the Application of Administrative Sanctions to PT. RMK Energy Tbk., in the form of 17 recommendations that the Company needs to implement. To further improve the implementation of GCG with the aim of ensuring business continuity, the Company will in good faith fulfill all of these recommendations. Until this explanation was published, the Company had fulfilled 16 recommendations and was in the process of finalizing the fulfillment of the last recommendation to complete all recommendations from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. 2. Other important information/events that are material and may affect the survival of the company and may affect the company's share price. The Company's Explanation: So far, there is no other material information/event that could affect the viability of the company and could affect the company's share price.
