Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material LABA SSPACE (DOOH) MENINGKAT 39,28 % DISOKONG
PENJUALAN IKLAN PASCA PANDEMI DAN MASA
MENJELANG TAHUN POLITIK
PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk- SSPACE IDX : DOOH berhasil
mencatatkan kinerja positif sepanjang triwulan III tahun 2023.
Laba Bersih Perseroan mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan
sebesar 39,28% dari sebelumnya Rp. 5,35 Miliar pada
September 2022 menjadi Rp. 7,45 Miliar sebagaimana
tertuang dalam laporan keuangan Perseroan untuk periode
yang berakhir pada 30 September 2023. Pendapatan
Perseroan juga menguat sebesar 430,4% dari Rp. 25,81 Miliar
pada September tahun 2022 menjadi Rp. 136,91 Miliar pada
September 2023. Kinerja DOOH ini tidak lepas dari
melesatnya penjualan iklan yang terjadi pasca pandemik dan
masa menjelang tahun politik.
Disisi lain, Aset Perseroan pun terus bertumbuh dan
mencatatkan kenaikan sebesar 206,9 % menjadi Rp. 247,56
Miliar dibandingkan posisi akhir tahun 2022 yang sebesar Rp.
80,64 Miliar. Ekuitas Perseroan juga meningkat sebesar
248,34% menjadi Rp. 224,41 Miliar dibandingkan dengan
posisi ekuitas pada akhir tahun 2022 yang sebesar Rp. 64,42
Miliar.
Seperti diketahui, DOOH sebagai media owner senantiasa
selalu berinovasi dalam memenangkan persaingan di industry
periklanan. Pada tahun 2023, Perseroan telah
memperkenalkan layanan periklanan Guaranteed ROAS
(Return of Ad Spending) yang menggaransi penjualan
Brand/Pengiklan sehingga mengoptimalkan budget periklanan
yang mereka miliki. Guaranteed ROAS ini merupakan konsep
periklanan yang menjadi keunggulan kompetitif bagi DOOH
dibandingkan pesaing lainnya di industri periklanan.
Direktur Utama DOOH, Vicktor Aritonang, mengungkapkan,
Kinerja DOOH yang baik sepanjang tahun 2023 tidak lepas
dari upaya seluruh individu di dalam DOOH dan atas
kerjasama mitra-mitra strategis kami, sehingga kami bisa
mencapai kinerja yang menggembirakan. Dengan strategi
Guaranteed ROAS dan Ads Platform yang sebentar lagi kami
luncurkan, kami optimis dengan tren kinerja perusahaan akan
terus meningkat ke depan. Dengan kreativitas dan sinergi
yang tercipta dengan berbagai pihak, DOOH akan terus
berkembang lebih cepat lagi dan menjadi acuan bagi
perkembangan industri periklanan di Indonesia.

Description of Material Information or SSPACE (DOOH)'S PROFIT INCREASED 39.28% ON THE
Facts BACK OF ADVERTISING SALES AFTER THE PANDEMIC
AND AHEAD OF THE POLITICAL YEAR
Jakarta, October 10, 2023 - PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk-
SSPACE (IDX:DOOH) successfully recorded positive
performance throughout the third quarter of 2023. The
Company's Net Income experienced a significant growth of
39.28% from Rp. 5.35 Billion in September 2022 to Rp. 7.45
Billion as stated in the Company's financial statements for the
period ended September 30, 2023. The Company's revenue
also increased by 430.4% from Rp. 25.81 Billion in September
2022 to Rp. 136.91 Billion in September 2023. This DOOH
performance is inseparable from the surge in advertising sales
that occurred after the pandemic and the period leading up to
the political year.
On the other hand, the Company's Assets also continued to
grow and recorded an increase of 206.9% to Rp. 247.56 Billion
compared to the position at the end of 2022 which amounted
to Rp. 80.64 Billion. The Company's equity also increased by
248.34% to Rp. 224.41 Billion compared to the equity position
at the end of 2022 which amounted to Rp. 64.42 Billion.
As is known, DOOH as a media owner always innovates to win
the competition in the advertising industry. In 2023, the
Company has introduced Guaranteed ROAS (Return of Ad
Spending) advertising service that guarantees the sales of
Brands/Advertisers so as to optimize their advertising budget.
This Guaranteed ROAS is an advertising concept that is a
competitive advantage for DOOH over other competitors in the
advertising industry.
DOOH President Director, Vicktor Aritonang, said, DOOH's
good performance throughout 2023 cannot be separated from
the efforts of all individuals within DOOH and the cooperation
of our strategic partners, so that we can achieve an
encouraging performance. With the Guaranteed ROAS
strategy and the Ads Platform that we are about to launch, we
are optimistic that the company's performance trend will
continue to improve going forward. With the creativity and
synergy created with various parties, DOOH will continue to
grow even faster and become a reference for the development
of the advertising industry in Indonesia.
