 Facts                                         (KAI), has established a new company named PT Sarana
                                               Ekomobilitas Indonesia (SEI).

                                               The establishment of SEI has been documented in Deed
                                               Number 172 dated October 4, 2023, created by Ilham
                                               Adiansyah, a Law Bachelor and Master of Notary, a Notary
                                               based in Subang Regency. It has been approved by the
                                               Minister of Law and Human Rights under Number AHU-
                                               0075591.AH.01.01.Year 2023 on October 6, 2023, and
                                               Company Registration Number AHU-0198678.AH.01.11.Year
                                               2023 on October 6, 2023.

                                               The purpose and objectives of SEI are to engage in trade and
                                               services, including activities such as buying, selling, leasing,
                                               operating and transporting, maintenance, and other services.

                                               The capital structure of SEI is as follows:

                                               IDR 4,000,000,000 (Four Billion Rupiah)
                                               Paid-up Capital:
