Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan telah berakhirnya kondisi lain yang
ditetapkan OJK berdasarkan Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQ) No. 3 POJK 13/2023 sebagai kondisi pasar yang
berfluktuasi secara signifikan, maka perpanjangan pembelian
kembali saham berdasarkan Keterbukaan Informasi
Perpanjangan Periode Pembelian Kembali Saham Nomor
137/IRR/Dir-Jkt/IX/2023 tanggal 15 September 2023 tidak
dilanjutkan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Selama periode pembelian kembali saham ("Buyback") pada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tanggal 17 Juni 2023 dan perpanjangannya pada tanggal 15
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, September 2023, Perseroan telah membeli saham sebanyak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau 54.584.000 lembar saham dengan nilai pembelian kembali
Perusahaan Publik saham sebesar Rp28.287.497.566,00.

continued.
