Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 5 Oktober 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA),
Perusahaan jasa energi terkemuka yang memberikan solusi
total menorehkan catatan pertumbuhan positif atas kontrak
kerja konsolidasi Perseroan. Perseroan berhasil mencatatkan
realisasi kontrak hingga Agustus 2023 sebesar Rp11,30 triliun.
Besaran tersebut tumbuh 14% secara year on year (yoy)
dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun 2022 sebesar
Rp9,91triliun.

Maulina mengatakan 'Dari Realisasi kontrak yang telah
dicatatkan terdiri atas kontrak baru yang akan dikerjakan
hingga 2024 mendatang dan juga carry over beberapa kontrak
yang baru teralisasikan dari tahun sebelumnya. Adapun
beberapa proyek besar yang menyumbang perolehan kontrak
memiliki komposisi 59% pada Jasa Distribusi dan Logistik
Energi, 30% Jasa Hulu Migas, dan sisanya 11% pada Jasa
Penunjang Migas dengan didominasi oleh Pertamina Group
sebesar 74% dan non Pertamina Group 26%,' kata Jayanty.
Proyek-proyek tersebut diantaranya yang menjadi kontributor
utama pada jasa Distribusi Logistik Energi yakni Transportasi
BBM dan Pengelolaan Depo. Pada Jasa Hulu Migas kontrak
didapatkan untuk pekerjaan jasa drilling fluid dan workover di
area Blok Mahakam Kalimantan serta jasa wireline logging.
Selain itu juga Elnusa tengah mengerjakan pekerjaan jasa
survei seismik 3D di Blok Rokan dan Jawa Barat, serta
pekerjaan non aset based (EPC O&M) di Blok Rokan juga
Balongan Jawa Barat.
Sementara itu pada jasa Pendukung Migas, kontrak yang
diraih meliputi beberapa pekerjaan diantaranya jasa kapal
pendukung migas dalam penyediaan accommodation work
barge, utility vessel, pengelolaan warehouse, pengelolaan
data migas serta fabrikasi beberapa peralatan maupun fasilitas
migas.
Berdasarkan pencapaian kontrak yang diraih, Elnusa
berkeyakinan mampu mencapai kinerja keuangan yang lebih
unggul dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Hal ini didukung oleh
data yang disampaikan SKK Migas bahwa kebutuhan
cadangan migas nasional mengalami peningkatan yang
substansial pada tahun 2023. Atas hal tersebut Elnusa
memandang masa depan dengan optimisme dan berpotensi
memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan pada kinerja
perusahaan.
Jayanty menambahkan 'Elnusa juga terus menjaga konsistensi
dalam menjalankan strategi perusahaan serta berinovasi untuk
peningkatan kapabilitas pada Jasa Energi. Seperti teknologi
stimulasi penggetaran Reservoir Enchance Oil Recovery
(EOR), Elnusa bekerja sama dengan Pertamina Upstream
Research and Technology Innovation (URTI) dalam
melakukan implementasi teknologi di lapangan uji coba yang
disediakan oleh PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan. Pada akhirnya
upaya Elnusa dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas bisnis
diharapkan mampu mendukung program pemerintah dalam
mewujudkan target peningkatan produksi nasional minyak 1
juta barel per hari (BOPD) dan gas bumi 12 miliar standar kaki
kubik per hari (MMscfd) pada 2030 mendatang,' tutup Jayanty.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 5 October 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA),
Facts a leading energy services company that provides total
solutions, recorded a positive growth record for the Company's
consolidated work contracts. The company succeeded in
recording contract realization until August 2023 amounting to
IDR 11.30 trillion. This amount grew 14% year on year (yoy)
compared to the same period in 2022 amounting to IDR 9.91
trillion.

Maulina said 'From the realization of contracts that have been
recorded, they consist of new contracts that will be worked on
until 2024 and also carry over several contracts that have just
been realized from the previous year. "Several large projects
that contributed to contract acquisitions had a composition of
59% in Energy Distribution and Logistics Services, 30% in
Upstream Oil and Gas Services, and the remaining 11% in Oil
and Gas Supporting Services, dominated by Pertamina Group
at 74% and non-Pertamina Group at 26%,' said Jayanty.
These projects include those that are the main contributors to
Energy Logistics Distribution services, namely Fuel
Transportation and Depot Management. In Upstream Oil and
Gas Services, contracts were obtained for drilling fluid and
workover services in the Mahakam Block area, Kalimantan as
well as wireline logging services. Apart from that, Elnusa is
also working on 3D seismic survey services in the Rokan and
West Java Blocks, as well as non-asset based work (EPC
O&M) in the Rokan and Balongan Blocks, West Java.
Meanwhile, for oil and gas support services, the contracts won
include several jobs including oil and gas support vessel
services in providing work barge accommodation, utility
vessels, warehouse management, oil and gas data
management and fabrication of several oil and gas equipment
and facilities.
Based on the contract achievements achieved, Elnusa
believes it will be able to achieve superior financial
performance compared to the previous year. This is supported
by data submitted by SKK Migas that the need for national oil
and gas reserves will experience a substantial increase in
2023. Due to this, Elnusa looks at the future with optimism and
has the potential to have a significant positive impact on the
company's performance.
Jayanty added 'Elnusa also continues to maintain consistency
in carrying out the company's strategy and innovates to
increase capabilities in Energy Services. Like the Enchance Oil
Recovery (EOR) Reservoir vibration stimulation technology,
Elnusa is collaborating with Pertamina Upstream Research
and Technology Innovation (URTI) in implementing the
technology in the trial field provided by PT Pertamina Hulu
Rokan. In the end, Elnusa's efforts to increase business
capabilities are expected to be able to support the
government's program in realizing the target of increasing
national oil production to 1 million barrels per day (BOPD) and
natural gas to 12 billion standard cubic feet per day
(MMSCFD) in 2030,' concluded Jayanty.
