sejumlah US$20.430.000 di pasar
terbuka, yang mewakili 5,116 dari
nilai pokok awal Surat Utang 2026.

e Setelah pelaksanaan pembelian

PT BUKIT MAKMUR MANDIRI UTAMA

October 6, 2023 — Reference is made to the US$400,000,000 7.752 Senior Notes due 2026 (the “2026 Notes”)
issued by PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (the “Company”) pursuant to the indenture, dated as of February 10,
2021 (the “Indenture”), by and among the Company and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee and collateral
agent. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Indenture.

NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Company has acguired a portion of the 2026 Notes pursuant to certain
open market purchases in accordance with Section 3.05 (Open Market Purchases) of the Indenture (the
“Repurchase Transactions”). As of October 6, 2023, the aggregate principal amount of the 2026 Notes which
were acguired pursuant to the Repurchase Transactions was US$20,430,000 (the “Repurchased 2026 Notes”).
The final settlement date of the Repurchase Transactions is October 11, 2023. Following such settlement, the
Repurchased 2026 Notes will be cancelled.

The Repurchased 2026 Notes in aggregate represent approximately 5.1196 of the initial principal amount of the
2026 Notes. Following the Repurchase Transactions, the aggregate principal amount of the 2026 Notes remaining
outstanding will be US$379,570,000.
