        2025 Company’s Performance Summary

ITIC's financial performance as of December 31st, 2025, showed improved
liquidity, as reflected in the current ratio of 138.97%, a slight increase compared
to the current ratio of 138.88% as of December 31st, 2024.

Overall, the Company's total liabilities decreased by 13.87%, or Rp28.3 billion,
primarily due to a decrease in bank loan balances and consumer financing
liabilities.

On the other hand, recorded inventory value decreased by 8.37%, or IDR 15.5
billion, from IDR 185.5 billion as of December 31st, 2024, to IDR 170.0 billion as of
December 31st, 2025. This decrease is in line with net purchases of raw
materials, which also decreased from IDR 233.2 billion in 2024 to IDR 157.5
billion in 2025.

This condition correlates with a 3.40% decline in sales, in line with challenges
facing the cigarette and tobacco industry, including the rampant circulation of
illegal products and declining purchasing power.

As a result, ITIC's gross profit as of December 31st, 2025, decreased by 2.76%, or
IDR 1.9 billion, while net profit also decreased by 4.27%, or IDR 906,41 million,
compared to the Company's performance as of December 31st, 2024.
