PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa ASIIDRCH6A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 Maret
2026 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per ASIIDRCH6A) (jika
jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 5915 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham ASII di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that ASIIDRCH6A is exercised on 16 Maret 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per ASIIDRCH6A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 5915 being the closing price of ASII Shares on Indonesia
Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
