Hubungan Transaksinya adalah terafiliasi pada pemegang saham. The Company has 2546 share ownership in PT DMMX Distribusi Pentabenua with a transaction value of Rp. 2,625,000,000 (two billion six hundred and twenty five million Rupiah). The transaction relationship is affiliated with shareholders. 4 | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik Impact — of the Events, Information or material facts on the operational activities, law, financial condition, or business continuity of the Issuer or Public Company Tidak terdapat dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
