Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan periode akhir pelaksanaan Waran Seri I
Perseroan HAJJ W yang semula jatuh pada tanggal 3 April
2026, dimana tanggal tersebut merupakan hari libur Bursa,
maka Perseroan melakukan penyesuaian tanggal akhir
pelaksanaan Waran Seri I tersebut menjadi 6 April 2026.
Penyesuaian tersebut dilakukan agar pelaksanaan waran
dapat dilakukan pada hari Bursa sesuai dengan ketentuan
yang berlaku di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Informasi mengenai Waran Seri I Perseroan adalah sebagai

end on April 3, 2026, where such date falls on a stock
exchange holiday, the Company has adjusted the final
exercise date of the warrants to April 6, 2026.
This adjustment is made to ensure that the warrant exercise
can be carried out on a trading day in accordance with the
applicable regulations of the Indonesia Stock Exchange
