Palilingan & Rekan dengan Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Ady Putera Setyo Pribadi, CPA untuk
melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Berdasarkan persetujuan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham pada 23 Mei 2023, bahwa untuk penunjukan Akuntan Publik
(AP) dan/atau Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) dalam rangka audit atas informasi keuangan tahunan untuk tahun buku
2023 telah dilimpahkan kepada Direksi Perseroan. Oleh sebab itu, Direksi Perseroan telah menunjuk Bapak Adi Putera
Setyo Pribadi, CPA. sebagai Auditor PT Sekar Laut Tbk

Change of Public Accountant
According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 23 May 2023 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Retno, Palilingan &
Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Ady Putera Setyo Pribadi, CPA To conduct an audit of the
company's financial statements ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Based on the approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders on 23 May 2023, the appointment of a Public Accountant
(AP) and/or Public Accounting Firm (KAP) for the audit of annual financial information for the 2023. Financial year has
been delegated to the Company's Directors. Therefore, the Company's Board of Directors has appointed MR. Adi Putera
Setyo Pribadi, CPA. as Auditor of PT Sekar Laut Tbk.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
