PricewaterhouseCoopers). Oleh karenanya, Perseroan akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Kuartal III dimaksud
kepada OJK, BEI, dan publik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

XL Axiata Tbk will submit Third Quarter Financial Statement for the 2023 fiscal year, which will be Audited by Public
Accountant.
Other Information
The Company plans to audit the 3rd Quarter Financial Statements of the Company as of 30 September 2023 by the
Public Accounting Firm Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis Rekan (a member of a PricewaterhouseCoopers network of firms).
Therefore, the Company will submit the 3rd Quarter Financial Statements to OJK, IDX, and the public as per required by
the regulation.
