sebagai akibat dari lambatnya penjualan perumahan di
Madanaya Residence Batang dan Jatayu Residence
Pekalongan, penurunan juga terjadi di sektor persewaan
dikarenakan kemampuan bayar penyewa menurun.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Dampak Operational dan Keuangan : kesulitan cash
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan flow yang menyebabkan operational Perseroan terganggu
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, terutama dalam hal pembayaran kewajiban jangka pendek /
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau hutang bank
Perusahaan Publik - Dampak Hukum atau kelangsungan usaha : tidak
berdampak
