untuk dan atas nama PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta
Material sebagai berikut:

Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, and Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange
(“IDX”) No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 Concerning Amendment to Regulation No. I-E regarding Obligation to Submit
Information, we hereby for and on behalf of PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (the “Company”) submit Information
Report or Material Facts as follows:

3. Uraian Informasi atau Berdasarkan Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Para Pemegang Saham nomor 03
Fakta Material tanggal 29 September 2023 yang dibuat di hadapan Early Gresiria Taher, S.H.,
M.Kn., Notaris di Kota Depok telah terjadi peningkatan modal disetor dan
ditempatkan dengan detail sebagai berikut :

- Sebelumnya :

1. Stuktur Modal :
a. Modal Dasar ASG berjumlah Rp. 10.000.000.000,- (sepuluh miliar
Rupiah) terbagi atas 10.000.000 (sepuluh juta) lembar saham,
masing-masing saham bernilai Rp. 1.000,- (seribu Rupiah).
b. Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor sejumlah Rp. 2.500.000.000,- (dua
miliar lima ratus juta Rupiah) atau sejumlah 2.500.000 (dua juta
lima ratus ribu) lembar saham.

10,000,000 (ten million) shares, each at a face value of IDR 1,000.00
(one thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
b. The Issued and Paid-up Capital amounts to IDR 2,500,000,000.00
(two billion five hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) or a total of
2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand) shares.
