(“Bank Mandiri”). Perubahan yang dilakukan antara lain perubahan atas limit kredit, yaitu Fasilitas KMK Revolving dengan limit kredit Rp 30.000.000.000 (tiga puluh miliar Rupiah) dan Fasilitas KMK Transaksional dengan limit kredit Rp 170.000.000.000 (seratus tujuh puluh miliar Rupiah), serta memperpanjang jatuh tempo atas Perjanjian selama 1 (satu) tahun sampai dengan bulan September 2024. adalah sebagai tambahan modal kerja Perseroan dan modal
kerja produksi nikel Perseroan.
On September September 26, 2023, the Company has
amended the Working Capital Loan Agreement dated
September 27, 2022 (the “Agreement”), by signing
Addendum II (Second) of the Working Capital Loan
Agreement with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. ("Mandiri
Bank").
The said amendment in relation changes the credit limit,
namely the Revolving KMK Facility with a credit limit of
Rp 30,000,000,000 (thirty billion Rupiah) and the
Transactional KMK Facility with a@ credit limit of
Rp 170,000,000,000 (one hundred and seventy billion
Rupiah), as well as extends the loan Agreement maturity date
Jor 1 (one) year until September 2024. The purpose of this
loan is to provide additional working capital for the
Company and working capital for nickel production of the
Company.

Pertimbangan dan alasan dilakukan transaksi ini adalah untuk
memperkuat modal kerja Perseroan dalam upaya mencapai
target dan pengembangan usaha Perseroan.
The consideration and reason for this transaction is to
strengthen the Company's working capital in an attempt to
achieve targets and business expansion of the Company.

Tidak ada dampak yang material yang merugikan terhadap
kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan
usaha Perseroan atas kejadian di atas. Dampak hukumnya
adalah terdapat syarat-syarat dalam perjanjian fasilitas kredit
yang harus dipenuhi Perseroan.
There was no material adverse impact on the Company's
operational activities, financial condition, or business
continuity for the mentioned occurrence. There is legal
impact on terms of credit facility agreement shall be fulfilled
by the Company.
Informasi Lain-lain
a. Transaksi antara Perseroan dan Bank Mandiri merupakan
tranksasi material yang dikecualikan sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020
tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan
Usaha, karena transaksi pinjaman tersebut diterima
langsung dari bank, dan
b. Transaksi ini juga bukan termasuk dalam transaksi
afiliasi dan transaksi mengandung benturan kepentingan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK No.
42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi Dan
Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan.
