PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk (“Perseroan”) dengan ini menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi kepada para
pemegang saham dan pemangku kepentingan bahwa terhitung sejak tanggal 19 Desember 2025, Akta Pendaftaran
Kapal (Grosse Akta) yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia atas kapal GUNANUSA
HAI LONG 106 telah tercatat atas nama PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk.
Dengan diterbitkannya Akta Pendaftaran Kapal tersebut, kapal GUNANUSA HAI LONG 106 secara resmi menjadi
milik Perseroan dan berbendera Indonesia. Kapal dimaksud merupakan kapal berjenis Pipe Laying and Lifting Vessel
yang digunakan sebagai kapal penunjang kegiatan offshore. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan juga telah
mencatat dan mengakui kapal GUNANUSA HAI LONG 106 sebagai aset tetap dalam laporan keuangan Perseroan
untuk periode Kuartal 4 (Q4) 2025, yang diharapkan akan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kinerja operasional
dan nilai jangka panjang bagi para pemegang saham dan pemangku kepentingan.
Kepemilikan kapal ini merupakan bagian dari strategi Perseroan dalam mengembangkan dan diversifikasi aset, serta
pengembangan lini usaha pada jasa penunjang kegiatan offshore. Perseroan meyakini bahwa penambahan aset ini
dapat mendukung keberlanjutan kegiatan usaha serta meningkatkan kapasitas operasional Perseroan ke depan.
Perseroan senantiasa berkomitmen untuk menjalankan prinsip Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik (Good Corporate
Governance) serta mematuhi seluruh ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

“Ownership of GUNANUSA HAI LONG 106 Vessel by
PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk”
Jakarta, 13th March 2026
PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk (the “Company”) hereby discloses information to its shareholders and
stakeholders that as of 19 December 2025, the Ship Registration Deed issued by the Ministry of Transportation of
the Republic of Indonesia for the vessel GUNANUSA HAI LONG 106 has been officially registered under the name
of PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk.
With the issuance of the Ship Registration Deed, the vessel GUNANUSA HAI LONG 106 has officially become the
asset of the Company and is registered under the Indonesian flag. The type of vessel is a Pipe Laying and Lifting
Vessel, which is utilized as a support vessel for offshore activities. In line with this, the Company has also recognized
and recorded the GUNANUSA HAI LONG 106 vessel as a fixed asset in the Company’s financial statements for the
period ended Quarter 4 (Q4) 2025, which is expected to contribute positively to operational performance and long-
term value for shareholders and stakeholders.
The acquisition of this vessel forms part of the Company’s strategy to develop and diversify its asset base, as well as
to expand its business lines in offshore support services. The Company believes that the addition of this asset will
support the sustainability of its business operations and enhance the Company’s operational capacity going forward.
The Company remains committed to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance and to complying
with all applicable laws and regulations.
