Pembelian dan Penjualan Saham PT Bussan Auto Finance
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 26 September 2023, telah dilakukan penjualan
dan pemindahan saham Perseroan milik Mitsui Co. Ltd.,
(Mitsui) sebesar 70.714 (tujuh puluh ribu tujuh ratus empat
belas) saham kepada JA Mitsui Leasing Ltd., sesuai dengan
syarat dan ketentuan jual beli atas Saham yang dijual
sebagaimana disepakati antara Mitsui kepada JA Mitsui
Leasing Ltd., dengan memperhatikan ketentuan hukum dan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini tidak memiliki dampak terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dan kelangsungan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, usaha Perseroan. Namun demikian, dengan terjadinya
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau transaksi tersebut, susunan Pemegang Saham Perseroan
Perusahaan Publik megalami perubahan sebagaimana terlampir.

hundred and fourteen) shares to JA Mitsui Leasing Ltd., in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the share sale
and purchase of shares sold as agreed between Mitsui to JA
Mitsui Leasing Ltd., in accordance with the prevailing laws and
regulations.
Impact of event, material information or This transaction has no impact on the Company's operational,
facts towards Issuers or Public legal, financial condition and business continuity. However,
Company’s operational activities, legal, with the occurrence of this transaction, the composition of the
financial condition, or going concern Company's Shareholders underwent changes as attached.
