Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk kepada Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. KEP-00015/BEI/01-2021 perihal Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, dengan ini disampaikan bahwa PT Sinar Mas Agro
Resources and Technology Tbk (SMART atau Perseroan)
telah mempersiapkan dana pembayaran pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan II SMART Tahap II Tahun 2020 Seri B (Obligasi)
yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2023 sebesar
Rp 280.000.000.000,00 (dua ratus delapan puluh miliar
Rupiah). Dana atas pembayaran pokok ini telah tersedia
didukung oleh posisi likuiditas yang baik sebagaimana
tercermin dalam Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan
per 30 Juni 2023. SMART juga memiliki fasilitas kredit dari
beberapa bank yang belum dipergunakan.
Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk pembayaran bunga atas
Obligasi tersebut akan disetorkan ke dalam rekening PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia secara tepat waktu sesuai
jadual yang telah ditentukan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Fund Availability for The Principal Settlement of SMART Shelf-
Type of Material Information or Facts Registered Bonds II Phase II Year 2020 B Series
Description of Material Information or With reference to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the
Facts Indonesia Stock Exchange No. KEP-00015/BEI/01-2021 on
the Amendment to Regulation Number I-E Regarding
Obligation to Submit Information, hereby we would like to
inform that PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk
(SMART or the Company) has prepared the fund for the
principal settlement of SMART Shelf-Registered Bonds II
Phase II Year 2020 B Series (Bond) which will mature on 22
October 2023 amounting to Rp 280,000,000,000.00 (two
hundred eighty billion Rupiah). The fund for the principal
settlement has been available supported by healthy liquidity
position as reflected on the Company's Consolidated Financial
Statement as of 30 June 2023. SMART also has unutilised
facilities from several banks.
The fund for the Bond's principal settlement including its
interest payment will be deposited into the account of PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia on time pursuant to the
specified schedule.
