Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa lanjutan proses persidangan permohonan PKPU
dengan Nomor Perkara
262/Pdt.SusPKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst terhadap Perseroan
telah digelar pada hari Selasa, tanggal 26 September 2023
dengan dihadiri oleh pihak Kuasa Pemohon I dan Pemohon II
(Mewakili PT Mata Langit Nusantara & CV Anugerah Pertiwi)
dan pihak Kuasa Termohon (Mewakili Perseroan) dengan
agenda sidang bukti tambahan oleh Pemohon dan Kreditor
lain.
Dalam sidang tersebut, Pemohon dan Kreditor lain telah
menyerahkan daftar bukti kepada Majelis Hakim.
Kemudian Majelis Hakim menetapkan sidang selanjutnya akan
diadakan pada hari Selasa, tanggal 3 Oktober 2023 dengan
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya pengajuan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan permohonan PKPU tersebut, tidak memiliki dampak yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan dari Perseroan.
