Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT. Era Media Sejahtera,Tbk atau DOOH telah berhasil
mempertahankan kinerja positifnya pada triwulan II 2023. Laba
bersih Perseroan tercatat tumbuh signifikan dari sebelumnya
tercatat mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp. 4,54 Miliar pada
tahun 2022 menjadi tumbuh dan mencapai laba positif sebesar
Rp. 3,91 Miliar di triwulan II tahun 2023 sebagaimana tertuang
dalam laporan keuangan Perseroan untuk periode yang
berakhir pada 30 Juni 2023.
Pendapatan Perseroan juga bertumbuh kuat sebesar 1.043%
dari Rp.7,05 Miliar pada semester I tahun 2022 menjadi Rp.
73,55 Miliar pada semester I tahun 2023. Kinerja positif ini
tidak lepas dari kontribusi bisnis periklanan dan konsultasi
manajemen dengan solusi periklanan Guaranteed ROAS
(Return on Ad Spend) yang meningkat pesat.
Disisi lain, Aset SSPACE juga terus bertumbuh dan
mencatatkan kenaikan sebesar 297% menjadi Rp. 239,12
Miliar dibandingkan posisi akhir tahun 2022 yang sebesar Rp.
80,64 Miliar. Ekuitas Perseroan juga meningkat sebesar 343%
menjadi Rp. Rp. 220,86 Miliar dibandingkan dengan posisi
ekuitas pada akhir tahun 2022 yang sebesar Rp. 64,42 Miliar.
Ke depan Perseroan terus berfokus dalam mengoptimalkan
seluruh aset media yang dimiliki pada berbagai ekosistem
transportasi, toko, area publik dan area ritel serta layanan
solusi terintegrasi dengan Garansi 100% Return On Ad Spend
(ROAS) yang dirilis Perseroan, sehingga SSPACE diharapkan
dapat mencapai potensi penuhnya dan terus bertumbuh pada
jangka panjang. Terlebih lagi dengan adanya potensi
pertumbuhan belanja iklan pada tahun politik yang akan
datang.

Description of Material Information or PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk or DOOH has managed to
Facts maintain its positive performance in the second quarter of
2023. The Company's net profit recorded a significant growth
from previously recorded a loss of Rp. 4.54 Billion in 2022 to
grow and reach a positive profit of Rp. 3.91 Billion in the
second quarter of 2023 as stated in the Company's financial
statements for the period ended June 30, 2023.
The Company's revenue also grew strongly by 1,043% from
Rp.7.05 Billion in the first semester of 2022 to Rp. 73.55 Billion
in the first semester of 2023. This positive performance cannot
be separated from the contribution of the advertising and
management consulting business with Guaranteed ROAS
(Return on Ad Spend) advertising solutions that increased
rapidly.
On the other hand, SSPACE Assets also continued to grow
and recorded an increase of 297% to Rp. 239.12 Billion
compared to the end of 2022 position of Rp. 80.64 Billion. The
Company's equity also increased by 343% to Rp. 220.86
Billion compared to the equity position at the end of 2022
which amounted to Rp. 64.42 Billion.
Going forward, the Company continues to focus on optimizing
all media assets owned in various transportation ecosystems,
stores, public areas and retail areas as well as integrated
solution services with a 100% Return On Ad Spend (ROAS)
Guarantee released by the Company, so that SSPACE is
expected to reach its full potential and continue to grow in the
long term. Especially with the potential growth of advertising
spending in the upcoming political year.
