b. Jenis Kredit:
Fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja Transaksional
c. Nilai Fasilitas Kredit:
Rp243.660.000.000,- (dua ratus empat puluh tiga miliar enam
ratus enam puluh enam juta Rupiah) dan tambahan Rp130.

d. Tujuan Fasilitas Kredit:
Modal Kerja Perseroan
e. Transaksi Fasilitas Kredit antara Debitur dengan
Kreditur merupakan transaksi material yang dikecualikan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020
tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha
tanggal 21 April 2020.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Perseroan akan memperoleh fasilitas kredit dari PT Bank
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dengan nilai total Rp373.660.000.000,-
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, (tiga ratus tujuh puluh tiga miliar enam ratus enam puluh enam
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau juta Rupiah)
Perusahaan Publik - Penandatanganan Perjanjian Kredit dan pemberian jaminan
telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan dan peraturan
perundangan-undangan yang berlaku.
- Pembayaran biaya administrasi, fee, biaya bunga dan
angsuran terkait dengan fasilitas kredit yang diterima oleh
Perseroan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku pada Perjanjian
Kredit.

facts towards Issuers or Public Mandiri (Persero) Tbk with a total value of IDR

financial condition, or going concern hundred and sixty-six million Rupiah)
- The signing of the Credit Agreement and the provision of
collateral have been carried out in accordance with the
applicable laws and regulations.
- Payment of administration costs, fees, interest costs and
installments related to credit facilities received by the Company
in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Credit
Agreement.
