Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR) merupakan anak perusahaan
Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 99,99%
(sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan sembilan persen).
Bahwa WKR dan PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (JTrust) telah
mendapatkan Fasilitas Kredit Angsuran Berjangka (KAB)
Rp65.000.000.000,- (enam puluh lima miliar Rupiah)
berdasarkan Akta Perjanjian Kredit Fasilitas Kredit Angsuran
Berjangka Nomor 131 Tanggal 30 November 2021.
Bahwa WKR dan JTrust telah menandatangani Akta
Perubahan Perjanjian Kredit Fasilitas Kredit Angsuran
Berjangka Nomor 23 tanggal 25 September 2023 yang dibuat
dihadapan Dr. Dewi Tenty Septi Artiany, S.H, M.H, M.Kn
Notaris di Jakarta dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
Penambahan Jangka Waktu Fasilitas Kredit yaitu Sejak
Tanggal Effektif Restrukturiasi sampai dengan 02 Agustus
2027.
Penurunan tingkat suku Bunga (%) Fasilitas Kredit yang
semula 10,55% (sepuluh koma lima lima persen)
menjadi 10% (sepuluh persen) per-annum.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan dilakukannya addendum Fasilitas Kredit tersebut,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan diharapkan akan memberikan dampak yang baik bagi kondisi

Description of Material Information or PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR) is a subsidiary of the
Facts Company with a share ownership of 99.99% (ninety-nine point
ninety-nine percent).
That WKR and PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (JTrust) have
obtained a Term Installment Credit Facility of IDR
65,000,000,000 (sixty-five billion Rupiah) based on the Deed
of Term Installment Credit Facility Agreement Number 131
dated 30th November 2021.
That WKR and JTrust have signed a Deed of Amendment to
the Installment Credit Facility Agreement Number 23 dated
25th September 2023, made in the presence of Dr. Dewi Tenty
Septi Artiany, S.H, M.H, M.Kn Notary in Jakarta with the
following details:
Additional Credit Facility Term, namely from the Effective Date
of Restructuring until 2nd August 2027.
Decrease in the Interest rate (%) for Credit Facilities, which
was initially 10.55% (ten-point fifty-five percent) to 10% (ten
percent) per year.
Impact of event, material information or By implementing the addendum to the Credit Facility, it is
