Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut kami juga telah melaporkan
pengangkatan Sdr. Hendrik Tanojo telah efektif pada tanggal

21 September 2023 and OJK Letter No. SR-204/PB.02/2023
dated September 21 2023, which explains that:
Appointment of Mr. Hendrik Tanojo as Main Commissioner of
PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa Tbk has been approved.
In this regard, we have also reported the appointment of Mr.
Hendrik Tanojo became effective on September 25 2023
through the Company's letter to the Financial Services
Authority No. 296/B/DIR/MAS/092023 dated 27 September
2023.
